What is this?!?

I sent my baby with his grandmother for a few hours and I noticed this on the back of his ear when I got him back. Could it be milk that accidentally got there and dried up or could it be something else? I don’t remember seeing this on his ear the night before but I could have missed it when giving him a bath.

Cleft lip and palettes..

Anybody has a baby with a cleft lip and palette? We got the 20 weeks scan today and this was the result. It’s not to serious because it’s not genetic but I am still a little worried about him being a lot in the hospital for all the surgeries after!
