Can u eat before a 20 week scan?

Is 6+3 weeks okay for an early reassurance scan ? I’ve had 2 losses before ( 4 weeks and 6 weeks ). Im 6 weeks tomorrow but I was advised to wait a couple of days after that. I’ve never had a scan before as nhs uk make u wait till 12 weeks.

I have heard that with GD there is a chance that your baby would be on bigger side but this is my first baby and baby’s abdominal circumstances is 40centile 😒 how weird is that and baby measuring small. Anyone is in same boat? Any suggestions or guidance welcome here xx
