Asking too much
Am I asking too much of my partner, we have a 2 month old and a toddler, my partner is now back at work but I just like a little bit of help as I feel I pretty much do everything, the one thing that gets me is he can just go up to bed or will fall asleep on the sofa but I need to wait for the baby to go to sleep, I don’t mind in the week doing it but would be nice for a rest at the weekend too, even though I’m home it’s still hard work but maybe I am asking too much?!

I’m in this situation too, I dont think men realise being a mum is a full time job too :/
You're definitely not asking too much. You should talk to your partner and work out something that works well for both of you so you're getting some rest and he's not feeling overwhelmed. I'm in a similar situation because my husband works 2 jobs and his only day off is Sunday. I typically let him sleep in because I know he doesn't sleep well throughout the week but I do wish I could sleep in sometimes, too. He helps out in other ways though. I could probably take a nap and have him watch the kids but I don't usually take advantage of that, haha.

Not asking too much. Not everything needs to fall on the mom. He can definitely help more.
