Large green runny poo - picture warning

Hi all - my little one is nearly 8weeks and has been having large green runny poos since around 6 weeks. She’s exclusively breast fed - used to have normal yellow seedy poo regularly until it turned to this at 6weeks. At the same time she’s been having tummy gas pain where she didn’t before… and poos way less frequently. Usually one Huge diarrhoea one that will fill the whole nappy and leak in the middle of the night.. or max two in one day. The last week the green has got even brighter than this and much more foul smelling too! Any ideas what this could be? She’s definitely in pain related to her bowels/gas.. her tummy gets hard and she cries. Otherwise she’s a content baby, no other symptoms! But more upset than not atm. Really want to help her 😥 Tia xo

https://www.pampers.co.uk/newborn-baby/care/article/baby-poop Neither my children have had poo like that and both were / are breastfed. Looking at that article it is normal based on maybe something you have ate. If you’re concerned definitely call out of hours for advice.

My baby is nearly 7 weeks old and has these kind of poos. He’s formula fed, has colic and struggles with getting his wind up. His doctor said the green poo is an upset digestive system. He’s on Omeprazole once per day now to see if that helps his colic/bowels if not then it’ll be testing for cows milk protein allergy x
