Cows milk and Vitamin D?

So I’m not sure how much cows milk my daughter can have now she’s 1, I feel like this sounds quite daft but is there a limit? I don’t want to give her too much or too little? Is there also a specific brand of Vitamin D we’re supposed to use?? I’m at a loss any help would be great🤣🤣xx
