Circumcision

Did you get your baby boy a circumcision immediately after birth or did you wait a couple weeks?

“Sleep when the baby sleeps!”

Okay then are YOU going to do the laundry, dishes, bills, vacuuming, moping, pumping, researching, planning, animal caretaking, exercising, eating, hydrating, showering, brushing teeth and hair, meal prepping/planning, baby bottles, bed making, car cleaning, appointment making and trash emptying for me then? 🤨

Struggling to settle second half of the night

My son (2 months old) will sleep fairly solidly for the first half of the night. He usually wakes up for a feed around 1am but from then onwards really struggles to settle in his crib. He'll sleep in half hour bursts but in-between will wake up crying and I'm up and down like a yo-yo settling him 🤦🏻‍♀️ He's not…

Dream feeds?

Does anyone follow blissful baby expert routines? Wondering whether to try a dream feed with my 10week baby tonight. She went down about 7:30pm and this routine suggests waking them up at 10:30/11pm for a nappy change and feed👀. My baby usually wakes around 1ish then 3 ish then fully around 6am 🥲

Over-feeding ??

My son is 4 weeks old now and he’s eating about 4 oz every 3 hours, but he’s constantly throwing up. I think it’s too much and maybe that’s why he’s throwing up so much but if we give him less he’s crying and sucking his lips like he’s still hungry. Anyone else’s baby’s doing the same thing ?

Fussy until they do a poo?

Sorry for the 💩 topic! My LG is 5 weeks old and quite colicky (I think). She is BF and cries a few times in the day for a short while and then the main stint is between 7pm-10pm ish. Something I have started to notice is that she appears to be super uncomfortable until she does a poo, and sometimes there can be a…

Breast Feeding

Does breast feeding take the sexual joy or pleasure away from being with your partner? Just tbh my breast are my spot and I’m just curious as to how this might effect my joy in it later..I only plan to breast feed for 6 months if that makes any difference in anything. Please let me know your experiences with this.

I left my LO tonight for the first time since birth to go for dinner with friends. I have left them for an hour here and there with my husband or family before. Tonight I left her for 3 hours. I got home to them being very upset - they had been for the whole duration and wouldn’t settle for my husband. He has blam...

Breast feeding

I have reached 2 weeks post partum and I am already getting annoyed with breastfeeding/breast pumping and how frequent I have to do it. I am so happy that I can provide food for my son but my nipples are starting to hurt and my right boob feels like it is 10 pounds heavier than my left. (I have been alternating)
