Does anyone follow blissful baby expert routines? Wondering whether to try a dream feed with my 10week baby tonight. She went down about 7:30pm and this routine suggests waking them up at 10:30/11pm for a nappy change and feed👀. My baby usually wakes around 1ish then 3 ish then fully around 6am 🥲

Does breast feeding take the sexual joy or pleasure away from being with your partner?
